Service Description

A client-focused, client-led, compassion-focused private safe space is co-created to allow unique needs to emerge and be met with a treatment plan that teaches you the skills to support your mind, body and soul, leading to your empowerment. No presentation is too great, or too small. Everything is welcomed on your journey towards health and healing. What is the process? An initial 15 min phone conversation is free to clarify your needs, why you are coming and what you can expect. The first session is an intake session and will involve: - a thorough assessment of your specific needs. - an overview of what Yoga Therapy can offer you - a short practice - co-creation of a treatment plan - home prescription to suit your needs, lifestyle and situation. Included in the price is your choice of either a written summary of home and lifestyle suggestions or an audio/video recording taken by you in the session. Sessions can take place online or in the comfort of your own home. Alternatively we can hire a studio space at an additional cost. Going forward if we decide to continue seeing each other I strongly suggest a minimum of 6 sessions, allowing empowerment with long-term change, as well as short term management. The trajectory of work and frequency of sessions required is very individual, the aim is to empower you with the insights, self awareness and tools for life outside the therapy space. Breathing kind is passionate about sharing knowledge and accessibility. Appointments can be made Tuesday to Thursday 9.30-14.00 or 19.00-21.00 (London BST) Other dates and times may be available upon request.
