What if there was a way to understand yourself and live a more integrated and peaceful life for the benefit of one and all?
A wide range of professions engaged in working with people share the supervision paradigm as a catalyst for introspection and growth, I can support a range of professionals including: Yoga Therapists, those on the IYP and C-IAYT pathways, counsellors, psychotherapists, and other mental health professions, to social workers, care workers and nurses. It is unfortunate that some helping traditions do not yet have a system or mandate for regular supervision. I believe it is best practice in order to support ourselves and our clients to receive the best possible care and outcomes, which is why I offer this service to those who serve others in any capacity.
A formal supervisory relationship creates space for individuals to discuss and reflect on experiences with clients.
Drawing upon a range of approaches including The Minded Institute approach to supervision in Yoga Therapy, process work (Mindell) and models including the seven-eyed (Hawkins and Sohet), I offer an integrated, somatic approach to supporting self awareness and professional growth.
"The Value of Supervision is that it continues to drive us, and we continue to propel ourselves to see more of what is in the room and to hear more of what is not being said. To feel more of what cannot be felt for ourselves, supervisees and their clients".
-- Shaura Hall, The Yogologist.
